Same categories of estimation, the only parameter you not count is location – the house will be located in the kid's room. All the rest, like quality of material and design, and price is the same aspect of selecting the house is like a grown up way. The only exception, you don't need mortgage for this. What make me like house KidKraft Majestic more than others is the price. But this is my only opinion, and I'm sure you will like for others. Best price&quality choice. This home called Chick dollhouse. Pretty nice name for the house. And this one is the most expensive from my review. $200 for a toy is kind of too much, and it is only three levels. This fantastic house equipped with two elevators, and position as a luxury house for large dolls. I got some nice lighting and sound system around it. It is most unusual house from this review, and proves it's So Chic name, and if the originality if a toy is main requirement this house is good to go.

This Barbie Dream house is the one, to be honest, I didn't like. It's very plastic and not looks like real house. The price is also could be less. The main stuff which attracts attention to it is the name, which contains Barbie in the title. didn't read manual but I'm sure there might be somewhere the string stating that “for best results use only brand Barby doll”. Lol!. It is the most pink house, and if it's mandatory this one is right for you.
